Mint palettes for skins plsss#947

it would be really cool to have the mint palette be an option for skins too, many skins would look soo cool with it and it would make the level up achievement be something one is able to show off when choosing to play with skins too, also traens orcaen skins pls :3 (last stock skin would look soo good with it)
