Why does loxodont gain a double jump after the 3 charge down special?#921

I just want to know! it seems like a lot of players dont know this already and i think its completely obscene. the lvl3 fart already just removes you from whatever situation youre in or just confirms into a kill, why does it need to give a jump back?
