Lower spotdodge total frames#908

Spotdodge is currently 28 total frames and feels quite weak. In Smash Ultimate, spotdodge is 25 total frames if you don’t cancel it with an attack and 20 total frames if you do, where they feel fairly balanced. I suggest that the total frames are lowered to at least 25 (especially considering you can’t spotdodge cancel in Rivals 2). Not only will this make spotdodge stronger, but it will also weaken the strength of grabs, which many think are overtuned.

If this is too strong, spotdodge could be given less invincibility.
