Bubble deactivation timer should be longer#895

I was very confused by this clip, it looks like maybe bacuse of all the hitlag, the bubble had time to reactivate but I think I did the counterplay correctly of hitting ranno and the bubble so he couldn’t be saved by the bubble.

Looks like a side effect of tipstun on Ranno but not on the bubble. Can the bubble take tipstun? If it can’t, it probably should. If it can and it’s a hitbox priority thing, then maybe if the Ranno who owns the bubble takes tipstun, his bubble gets that tacked onto the activation timer if it doesn’t already have it.
