Option to add "inset" accessibility outlines (inlines?)#893

It would be cool if there was an option to add accessibility outlines “inlines” (as in, inset), so that it doesn’t change the characters’ visual size.

Overall, accessibility outlines help me a lot, but there are some cases such as grabbing slade or galvan from behind where it looks like I’m in range because of the tail, but I’m actually not. This is aggravated by the outlines making it the tail look bigger.

This is a good enough idea that I wouldn’t mind if it totally replaced outlines, if that was the only way to implement it (though having the option for both is ideal).
