Add more special characters for player tags#875

I am an EU player going by the tag of Hegemony on start.gg.

However, I had the habit of using another writing of it, HJ$/HJ€, for my in-game tag in Ultimate. Currently, the game does not have an option for these characters. The same goes for people using greek or cyrillic letters in their name.
I think it would be quite nice to have these options in the game, and I can’t think of any structural reason not to have it (except for maybe UTF shenanigans ?). But, despite having some coding knowledge I am not a game dev, so I likely have a distorted view of how hard this would be to implement

Could you look into how to support alternate alphabets into the game for name tags ?
