Best of 5 Rule for ranked option#861

So, in FFA casual mode, you guys added the option to put up rule changes for vote, such as changing items or turning aether stages on/off, and the players in the lobby’s majority votes wins.

So, how about for ranked mode, doing the same thing, but one player proposes the rule change to be best of 5 instead of the default best of 3. If both players agree, the rule changes to best of 5 before the stage select begins for game 1.
