Ability to tell my opponent I have 300 ping randomly?#813

There’s no good emote for this and it seems like something you should be able to communicate

“My Ping is Over 9000!” goes kinda hard ngl. IDK what the image is.

Is that a thing? Do you have to buy it?
Seems like a weird thing to not have as a default option. Best I can do is say “sorry,” but that doesn’t communicate what I mean and sounds like an insult sometimes.
