icon near character portrait to show that you are holding an item#801

i keep finding that as orcane i cannot tell if i’ve picked up an item during a game especially against slade, the dot above the character is helpful but not exactly perfect, it’s just too difficult to see especially when there are lots of vfx happening on screen so an indicator that is around the character portrait and percentage would be perfect since it would be clear and easy to see
