Summer Event should boost Summer Palettes#795

Since this Summer event is going to be lasting for 3 months, it is very unfortunate that not every character has a way to get bonus EXP for it. I think making all the summer palettes boost it while also giving those palettes to characters without another way to (La Reina and Galvan) just makes sense.
