Connectivity issues again#788

Had a good run for a day, but after this hotfix we have returned to the realm of dropping jump inputs and techs. Bravo guys, fun game.

Ok seriously, this isn’t just affecting me. I just played against someone who only lost because of what was a clear server lag spike on his end. No competent player in game 3 of a set just slowly walks off stage and then sits on the angel platform for a solid two seconds before resuming the game.
