Character-specific nameplates for progression rewards.#745

I think it’d be neat to have hit a certain level w/ a character and get a cool nameplate to go with it.

I think all the ones that use their official titles (like The molten emperor) would’ve been unlockables if they were in the game from the start, but idk what they would use now
