Characters voices on the title screen!#743

Now that we have an announcer, I think it would be fun for each character to have their own version of the “Rivals of Aether…II!” on the title screen that the game picks from randomly!

Obv the announcer just came out, but it sounds like a fun idea, perchance

Additionally, something along the lines of “The winner is…” on the results screen
