Time out players that constantly DC from unranked matches#723

This is happening to me soooo much more lately, Specifically, one player Mustafa Christmas, is known amongst the community for this (the Rivals cryptid). They disconnect against basically everyone they match with before the game even starts or a character is chosen, and plenty of folks have proof. They’re not the only one doing it though. This game already suffers from low player count sometimes, so having my time wasted even more by people who just automatically disconnect sucks. I’ve played so many unranked matches where I’ll win a close game, then because I have my region settings set to only a couple servers, I run into the same person multiple times in a row and they just disconnect every time for no reason. You could also give us the ability to block players in unranked/casuals only, as doing so on ranked would cause the leaderboards to be gamed.
