Command grabs beating attacks feels deeply unsatisfying#717

idk if it’s a consequence of comand grabs considering yellow hurtboxes(as oposed to regular grabs) but te fact that you can react to or predict a comand grab and not intercept them with anything that isn’t a huge disjoint feels so couter intuitive. Isn’t the idea that attacks beat grabs > grabs beat shields and> shields beat attacks?

On a slighly more personal note, I feel like that’s the main thing keeping away from enjoying to fight La Reina

Yeah I’d rather this be handled by some kind of damage based armor, so if you call out the command grab with a strong enough attack, you beat it.

La Reina’s grab boxes are pretty insane, especially on up special and side special. They linger for so long, which isn’t the end of the world, but they’re also GIGANTIC. I think most of her buffs have served her well but those specials outrange Loxodont’s aerials in several cases.
