something is wrong with fleets ledge special#705

since one of the recent patchs, maybe it was the slade patch, fleets ledge special does not beat attacks near the ledge, it will just trade with them. i think the invul ends 1-2 frames to early or the hitbox of the arrow comes out 1-2 frames to late.
unless this is an intended change. but it seems weird because no other ledge special/attack acts like this.

Do you have a clip with the hitboxes on?
