Achievment "Ice is Right!" is glitched.#660

I was achievment hunting and noticed that the “Ice is Right!” achievmente is broken

I already froze and broke my oponnent shield as etalus (in a vs cpu match) with down B and also with special pummel on shield, but the achievment wont pop up

Also looks like the Slade lvl 20 also broke, I skip from level 18 to 21 playing arcade but the achievment say im stuck at 18
