Time for another player survey?#658

I remember earlier in the game dev cyle there was a feedback survey asking about various things from character balance to mechanics etc. Is there another planned? I know we have the nolt board, but I think a survey is better to gauge the overall game direction.

I suggested this last patch season, so I’ll go ahead and very wholeheartedly co-sign this. Everyone knows me at this point, so there is a very obvious reason why I want to see a player survey, but there are multiple aspects about this game outside of that, that could stand to be examined in greater scrutiny. And from my experience interfacing with a number of different competitive communities, player surveys really can be helpful in directing your focus towards what’s important.

I know this sounds a bit harsh, but i think the obvious reason you mentioned is the reason we are not having another player survey. they already know the results for the key issues and either choose to ignore the feedback/think their decision is right despite the majority telling them is not OR they simply did not find time to adress the issue (char based rank would be an obvious one for planned but not done yet).
But yes, i would love another player survey and i would love to see the results this time. never plublishing the results is another reason why i think the last one did not give them the results they hoped for.
