La Reinas command grabs should not beat projectiles#643

Maybe it is an oversight but her “normal move command grabs” like fstrong beat/destroy projectiles like they were attacks. No other command grabs in the game can do that. But mabye its because all other command grabs are executed with the special button and this is an oversight from those command grabs being executed with atttack buttons?
Anyhow, projectiles beating grabs should be true for all characters and there should not be an exception for some or hers.
