Let Rannos kiss each other when clashing with side special#587

Currently, when two Ranno side specials clash with each other, either nothing happens or the Ranno that used the side special first grabs the other one. It would be insanely funny if when tongues clashed they instead slung into each other and kissed. It could even heal some percentage for extra funny factor (and actual usability in double Ranno teams). See image for conceptual doodle.
