option to customize hard press thresholds#318

this ones a bit of a pet peeve of mine but was wondering if i could swap around the hard press options.

basically my issue is that the threshold needed to fast fall while holding down is actually higher then the threshold needed to platdrop with. Was wondering if you could add a setting that would be able to maybe flip the two so that the fast falling stick value is lower value then the plat drop stick value. This would allow, downtilt and crouch on plat using the same down press input without extra modifiers been needed to fastball after.
