Grabs sometimes release after pummel even when pressing a direction?#291

So far today I’ve had this happen twice. I special pummel, then hold forward, but the throw does not come out and the grab releases. It doesn’t happen every time so I don’t know what the exact conditions are. Video below with input display.

It’s a bug that was accidentally introduced when fixing a different bug related to grabs and command grabs. It will be hotfixed as soon as possible.
