Double shield Only for rolls#281

Currently, the options for rolls are default, left stick only, right stick only, and double shield lock. Double shield lock makes it so holding 2 shield buttons prevents you from rolling. It would be nice to add an option that makes it so you can only roll while holding 2 shields.
