Dandelion Zetterburn Side Special Visibility#1201

The lack of trail effects on the side special projectile for the Dandelion Zetterburn skin make it more difficult to see and react to compared to other Zetterburn skins, giving it less instant visual recognizability that makes the projectile more difficult to react to to a degree. As a result it could be seen as giving Dandelion Zetterburn an unintentional gameplay advantage compared to other Zetterburn skins.

A fix for this could involve either giving the projectile the regular flame trail (tinted to match the bouquet) or a unique trail of something like petals or dandelion seeds.
