More announcer callouts#1176

I like the Rivals 2 announcer so far, his performance adds a lot of showmanship and “hype factor” to matches. Before they could feel a little flat presentation-wise when compared to other platform fighters.

Something I always find cool in fighting games is when specific events get announcer callouts, so I’d love to see that implemented here too. Things like “0-TO-DEATH!!” or “JV3!!” would be sick to hear during a match.
