Since the Steam Machine is out, can performance be pegged to it's hardware for performance#1165

Steam Machine is basically a console-like PC which means known specs to target against. This is a big edge for console development. It also means development can be tied to some Linux based gaming issues that sometimes pop up as Proton just pretends to be a Win10 system based on the logs of the game. If this is already on the todo list for the future, that’s awesome.

Also having to just deploy steam machines at events seems easier than all the weird PC related issues that can crop up.
