Add Classic/Rivals 1 mode events to arcade mode#1159

Would be dope if one of the matches just didn’t have shields, ledges, etc. Or even two different arcade modes to get artherian medals for: classic/legacy/r1 mode and vanilla/normal/r2 mode.

bonus points if these matches switch to one of the R1 songs or use the retro palettes. It’d probably need a specific name like Throwback Mode to communicate to newer players that something is up
