Add native switch 2 pro controller support#1158

currently the swicth 2 pro controller can only function through steam input and there is no native support. this is a problem as many game cube adapters will not function properly when steam input is enabled. Having to ruin other controllers just to make mine work at a tournament is not something i wanna go through and deal with (especially as a TO).
