Champion skin palettes#1146

Out of curiosity, is there a technical blocker for expanding the palette set of champion skins for things like yellow, black, white, purple, etc.? This is something that’s been suggested before multiple times, but I’ve never heard if there’s a technical reason for not attempting it. Considering the monochromatic nature of it, this seems from an outsider’s perspective to be one of the easier cosmetics to do, and would provide an outlet for ranked medals that are currently languishing in players’ accounts.
