Maypul Dair should have a hitbox on her body.#1125

Doesn’t even particularly have to be usable. It could do 1% and no hitstun. But I think her swinging her arms and doing nothing if it touches the opponent is a little strange and a small detail like that could add some flavor.

Also let her hitfall if the root hits (jk… unless?)
