Allow texting between players and turn emotes into emojis#1098

Its so hard to communicate with opponents. I know it could be hard to moderate toxicity but you could make the feature toggleable and keep the current emotes.

Devs have already said this is a non-starter because moderation is a never-ending treadmill of work that if you slip once could be a legal headache.
