Plup Maypul Skin's Marker Is Invisible#1041

Plup Maypul Skin’s marker (Watcher’s Mark) is bugged on all color alts and against I think the entire cast. It is invisible (obviously a bug not a pay to win feature since Plup won EVO right?.. LOL)
