While turning items on/off, you can't scroll down to "Close" or "Apply"#1028

If you’re using a controller to scroll through the menu, and you’re on this screen, if you press “Down” on the controller to select the “Close” or “Apply” buttons, then the menu instead scrolls you back upwards, wrapping around to the top of the menu.
