Control options should be consistent across menus.#1027

When editing control options from the game’s settings menu, a lot of the advanced control options are not there, like the toggles for DI Assist and Wavedash Assist. It took me a long time to realize that I could access control options from the profile drop down that’s accessible in the main menu, and how that menu had all the options I was looking for.
